TEACHING
Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors & teachers - imparting, instructing, correcting, encouraging, and equipping the Body of Christ to fulfil their callings, and express the supernatural gifting that comes from the Holy Spirit.
"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; {12} For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: {13} Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: {14} That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; {15} But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: {16} From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love." Ephesians 4:11-16 (KJV)
This MOUNTAIN OF THE HOUSE OF THE LORD, THIS HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS, shall be "exalted above the hills" - above denominations, individual churches, and individual ministries. It is a corporate expression of the many-membered Body of Christ.
Not every individual church will have the full expression, but the corporate expression of a city or region will have all five gifts (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors & teachers), plus the full expression of Christ by the Holy Spirit through the Church. We are to accurately & fully represent (re - present), demonstrate, express Christ to the world & the heavenlies.
To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, Ephesians 3:10 (KJV)
We are to show forth His glory in wisdom, power, & nature. HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS 24 hour per day, 7 days a week (made up of every denomination, Christians!)
1) Intercession (especially for the lost; praying for revival in a region & the world, rather than for individual needs, which would be covered by each local church or home group prayer)
2) Prophetic praise & worship
3) Ministry of apostles & prophets, bringing a creative, living Word from an open heaven, unveiling the throne of God, where we meet with Him face to face, and heart to heart.
4) Spontaneity vs. control & programs of man. A religious and controlling spirit has quenched every revival of the past.
5) A council of elders over a city or region, who bring vision & government to the Body & region.
* Even secular leaders will come for the Word of the Lord because of the proven ministry having the Spirit of wisdom and counsel. The Lord is saying that He is raising up a living corporate expression of Himself that finds its basis and strength in relationships and not in ministries. All ministry must flow out of relationship with God and the teaming that He brings you into. You are to no longer be looking to know and understand the message, but you must BE THE MESSAGE. True authority, power, & graces of His Spirit & nature will only be reproduced if they are wrought in your own lives.
"Get your house in order - I'm starting with you. No more echoing or parroting, but you must BE MY VOICE. I want My presence and glory in your personal life - in your marriage and family; in your living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Do not think that you can preach a message to others that you are not living yourself. I am writing the vision, and making it plain upon the tables of your hearts, so that those that read the living vision of Jesus in your lives can run also with the vision, for it shall be imparted as the very substance of My Living Word into their hearts."
This is the season of the 7th month feast. He is calling us all to come out of our cities (denominations, churches, doctrines, methods) and gather as ONE MAN unto the heavenly Jerusalem (Ezra 3:1), the Lamb's wife,which shall come down out of heaven. Like Abraham, have no attachment to things of this world, but be looking for this city whose builder and maker is God. Worship shall be the heart of the temple He fills with His glory.
The essence of the worship shall be released by the fire of His presence and glory. We must become offerings made by fire.
It is time to pursue destiny - yours, AND OTHERS. For it is no longer just a time of promises made in the wilderness of our lives, but a time of going into the land and possessing our inheritance in Christ, and a time when He gathers His inheritance in us.
You say you have great expectations in God, for things that He is doing in the earth. The Lord says that we will realize our expectations according to the measure of our preparation.
"But My people are not prepared, and if I sent the revival you desire, much of the fruit of the harvest would be lost. Prepare yourselves by letting go of everything that is not of Me. Even those things that I once birthed and anointed must be let go of, even as Abraham was willing to let go of Isaac on Mt. Moriah. If I raise those things up again in your lives, they shall have a new measure of resurrection life in them that shall stand through the great shaking that is coming. I am doing a new thing, and you have not been this way before, so keep your eyes upon Me. I will lead you, even in the darkness. Trust Me, and only move by My word."
The Lord is raising up apostles and prophets who will bring authority and revelation of His throne; servants and fathers who will invest themselves in others, and give away all that He has given them, and He will then give them more to give. As they come into place, The Body will begin to move in a mature and unified expression of His nature, for He will use them to release gifting, and ministry, and callings.
Many of you who have felt out of place and unfulfilled will come to know your placements and purposes for which you have been called. Years of preparation, dealings, and even how He has used your failures will be seen from a new vantage point, and there will come healing and the rejoicing of your souls.
Be sober, be vigilant, and be passionate lovers of Jesus. Love the Father will all your heart, soul, and strength, and love one another as He has loved you. Persecutions will come. Shakings will come. His judgments are even now beginning, but they are judgments unto life.
"Again I say, Trust Me, and know that I am birthing something in the earth, and it shall come with great explosions and accelerations of My Spirit. Yield to the process, and I will bring you to the end, to the completion that I have promised. Truly something wonderful is coming."
